The Live 12 manual is copyright 2026 Ableton AG, Made in Germany. It is the DAW for electronic and live-performance workflows — the European replacement for Logic Pro, FL Studio, and Pro Tools in that world.
Live 12.4 shipped on 5 May 2026; the Extensions SDK followed on 2 June 2026. Push is optional hardware; this listing is the software. A Pasadena office exists, and the privacy policy mentions EU–US DPF for group processing, but Live remains a Berlin AG product.
