Heabsy is an inference platform for open AI models, operated by FEYA, s.r.o. in Bratislava, Slovakia — an EU company with no US parent. It is built for developers and companies that want an alternative to US inference APIs.
The API is OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible: existing applications and SDKs switch by changing the base URL to https://api.heabsy.com/v1. Chat completions, streaming, tool calling and structured output work unchanged.
Models in the EEA tier run on dedicated GPUs in EEA data centres with zero data retention: prompts and completions are processed in memory only and are not used for training. Models routed through third-party providers are labelled as such in the catalog, so customers can see which requests leave the EEA. Pricing is per million tokens and published per model at https://heabsy.com/models, and a data processing agreement is published at https://heabsy.com/dpa.
