Mindtime is a backup and recovery platform for MSPs, businesses and enterprises that need their data to stay in the EU. Every backup is immutable, so nobody can alter or delete it, not even ransomware, and there is always a clean copy to restore.

It protects Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, servers, endpoints, virtual machines and cloud workloads. Disaster recovery adds failover and tested RTO and RPO targets, and a NIS2 service documents the backup and recovery controls Article 21 asks for. For MSPs there is also a multi-tenant EDR and RMM platform to detect, investigate and respond across every client's endpoints.

Data is stored only in Dutch and German data centres, independent of the big US cloud providers. Mindtime is audited for ISO 27001 and NEN 7510, the Dutch standard for health data, and offers personal support in Dutch, German and English, with no offshore call centre and no chatbot.
