offgen is enterprise software for governed presentation work. Its web platform provides a controlled library for presentations, slides, templates, icons, images and other company assets. Marketing teams can approve content and brand rules, giving employees a trusted source for current presentation material. The offgen agent uses company knowledge to create editable PowerPoint slides that follow the corporate design. It can work with company context from PowerPoint, Word, Excel, PDF and SharePoint. Workflows automate recurring presentation tasks, connect offgen to existing systems and update data from sources such as databases and internal tools. Unlimited Agent Tabs let teams handle separate PowerPoint workstreams in parallel. offgen is operated by Aithera GmbH in Munich under an information security management system independently audited and certified against ISO/IEC 27001. Customer content is stored and processed within the European Union and is not used to train AI models. The platform supports the local LLM selected by the customer.
