Five of this week's new listings are one company
A Hungarian invoicing tool, a Hungarian booking site, a Hungarian company register, a Slovak company register and a Slovak PDF signer all joined the directory this week. They are all Verde Holding Kft. of Balatonalmádi, which says it runs 41 products. I signed a PDF on one of them and watched the network tab.
Mave opened its video platform. The player still comes from its CDN
On 8 October the Dutch video host released Mave Core under AGPL. Self-host it and your media and analytics stay home, but by default your viewers' browsers still fetch the player from cdn.video-dns.com. One setting changes that.
Sketch's Mac licence has no Workspace
The $120 Mac-only licence is the native editor, one year of updates, files on disk. Collaboration, the web app, iOS preview, and the 30-day trial are not in that box. Florence already needs Sequoia.
Raycast Pro is five hundred credits
On 10 September Thomas Paul Mann moved Raycast AI from rate limits to credits. Pro stays $10. The model is 500 credits a month. v1 still runs at zero until 1 October. Then it stops.
Inoreader Intelligence defaults to GPT-4o-mini
Help is one sentence: OpenAI's GPT-4o-mini. Pro can pick Mistral or Anthropic as a platform. Your own API key is the Intelligence reports add-on or Team Intelligence. Free is 150 feeds and no summaries.
Cinema 4D's shop is subscription
On 12 September the Maxon shop printed Cinema 4D at $839 a year, Redshift included. Monthly is $109. There is no perpetual SKU. The 14-day trial is Maxon One. Students pay $60 for a year of the suite, not for commercial work.
