Pulse Feedback

Pulse Feedback covers the full survey cycle: the survey itself, AI-assisted analysis and guided results discussions in which teams and managers define actions. It is aimed at HR and people teams in organisations with roughly 100 to 5,000 employees, and teams work with their own results rather than waiting for HR reports.

Surveys can draw on more than 120 questions developed with Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), or on ready-made templates and custom questions. Each question combines a rating with "What I like" and "What I wish for" comment fields, and transparency is configurable per survey up to fully anonymous. Results appear in real time with team comparisons, trends and benchmarks; a discussion moderator guides teams through the results discussion to concrete actions. Single sign-on works via SAML 2.0 including Microsoft Entra ID, and the software is available in German, English, French and Italian.

Developed since 2015 by Creaholic SA in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland, and certified Swiss Made Software. GDPR and Swiss FADP compliant, data stored in the EU on AWS, and customer data is never used for AI training. A single module (surveys or 360-degree feedback) costs at most CHF 5 per user per month on the annual plan; the bundle with both modules is at most CHF 8.
